I stopped in to buy a new washer and dryer and was signed, sealed, and scheduled for delivery within 25 mins. We were greeted at the door and escorted to the area where we could look at washers and dryers. Almost immediately we were greeted by Nick who asked a few questions to help narrow down our search and got us out the door for less than what I told him I was budgeted for. This was the easiest appliance purchase I’ve ever made. We have always purchased our appliances from Best Buy where we stand around for 20 mins waiting for someone to help us and then they don’t really have answers to our questions. We will definitely be back for kitchen appliances soon!!

The sales team was very welcoming and helpful. In particular, James. He showed us around and offered helpful information. We knew we wanted to stear towards a Whirlpool refrigerator but James was able to show us a model that would fit our dimensions better. He was very easy to talk with. The ultimate closer is their in house tech/repair department for potential warrenty issues. I'd recommend giving Big Sandys a try before making any decisions. I can't speak to the refrigerator yet as we won't have it for about 4 weeks.

Very happy with Elijah our sales person here. He was knowledgeable about the appliances we were shopping for and very accommodating to meet our needs. Haven’t experienced the delivery yet but anticipate a better experience than Home Depot, which was very frustrating with multiple deliveries and damage to our property each time.

Shopping for furniture at the Big Sandy Superstore was very pleasant experience. Steve let me brouse thru the store on my own, while I sat in 15 different couches and recliners, and gave me absolutely no pressure sales pitch. After I decided what I wanted, I looked up Steve and got his card. Came back next day with my husband and daughter, and Steve again gave us plenty time to decide what we liked. He was very helpful with pricing, discounts and financing . It was a wonderful experience and I DEFINITELY recommended Steve Metzgar for new purchases to my family and friends.

The salesman ( he said to refer to him as the big tall bald guy) was very kind to me. I was looking for a new mattress for low back pain and sciatica and he was very knowledgeable and walked me through every mattress. He got me a step stool so I could try them out and was very patient with me. It was a tough day as my mom died on New Year’s Eve and I just so appreciated him not pressuring me and just wanting to help. Thank you big tall bald guy!!

Had the pleasure of working with Ashe today to buy a sectional for my new home. She was fantastic. She was informative, professional, very easy to talk to, and was patient and kind with all my questions and concerns. I got the color and configuration I wanted, with some accessories to boot. I couldn't have had a better experience if they had thrown a party for me while they were at it. Easiest five-star rating I've given. I will absolutely be back based on this single experience.

Thanks to Aiden and the finance team my family will get to chill on a brand new, gorgeous, comfy, top-of-the-line sofa & recliner set that massages and heats during our relax and family hang time. I CANNOT WAIT!! He was a perfect gentleman and did a great job knowing when to lean in and when to stand by. Can't say enough about their efforts to help me afford what I fell in love with and sent me away with entries into a couple of give-a-ways and some freebies too! The pics won't do the set justice but I'm already daydreaming about its arrival!
